Kept and ShineWing CPA, a top 10 audit and advisory firm in China, enter into a cooperation agreement

Kept and ShineWing CPA, one of China's leading audit and advisory firms, entered into cooperation agreement. The agreement is a result of the parties' negotiations on the potential for cooperation, and was signed as a part of the Kept team’s visit to China in connection with the Russia-China EXPO in Harbin. This is the first cooperation relation established by some of the largest audit and consulting companies from Russia and China in their respective markets.

The agreement involves the joint delivery of a diverse array of services, including audit, tax, deal advisory, M&A, risk management, sustainable development, technology and other advisory services.

Founded in 1981, ShineWing CPA currently ranks among the top 10 audit and consulting firms in China and is a key member of the international ShineWing group operating in 19 countries/regions, including Hong Kong, Turkey, Egypt, India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia.
