Main procedures/tasks:
- Analysis of contractual terms and identification of those that have been violated by the counterparty
- Assessment of the imposed sanctions in terms of their applicability to the relationships between the parties and their impact on the parties’ performance of their obligations
- Assessment of whether the sanctions may be interpreted as force majeure circumstances
