Main types of disputed situations:

• Refusal of the buyer/seller to complete the transaction 
• Violation by a party of its indemnity obligations: under the Civil Code or in accordance with contractual terms 
• Inaccuracy of representations: all or separate representations being false 
• Violation of other types of obligations: 
  • obligations of the seller/buyer not to perform certain actions between the signing and closing of the transaction; 
  • confidentiality obligations; 
  • other obligations.
