Clarifications of the RF Ministry of Finance on the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 618

On 13 October 2022, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation issued Official Clarifications No. 1 on the application of Decree No. 618, which discloses the details of its application when determining the transactions and operations subject to approval by the Government Commission, as well as exceptions from the decree.
