Creative economy is a combination of social relations and business practices based on the correlation between creativity, culture, economy and technology. According to forecasts, the global creative economy could reach 10% of world GDP by 2030.
For different countries, the creative economy is becoming increasingly important as a driving force of innovations, economic development and cultural progress. The global community recognizes the impact of creative industries both on economic indicators and on solving socio–demographic problems, preserving the cultural code and creating an international image. Development strategies and concepts for supporting the creative economy are being developed at the state level.
In our study, we considered the approaches of the BRICS + countries to the development of the creative economy and creative industries, as well as the main vectors of this development, to indicate the prospects for joint work in this direction as part of the unification.
