The survey was attended by representatives of the top 10 mass housing developers according to the confidence rating of Russian developers from Forbes made in 202, the largest contractors, manufacturers of building materials, owners of real estate and construction customers. The survey results presented in this review generally correspond to current market trends in construction. The transition to a cyclical and low–carbon economy is now gradually happening, taking into account the comfort and well–being of building users, which is facilitated by structural changes taking place at the legislative level. However, such transition from traditional construction methods to green ones still requires the greater level achievement of accessibility and technologies' appeal, the development of financial instruments and the formation of a conscious approach among market participants to the need of sustainable development principles’ integration into their operations.
