The draft law aimed at improving the legal regulation of the work activity of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation, increasing the interrelation of migration regulation with tax legislation and increasing the collection of taxes from foreign citizens living in the Russian Federation was passed at first reading.
The overview of the draft law is in the Kept Review. Employers are recommended to work out the necessary changes in compensation packages and contracts with the video complex in order to ensure that wage payments meet the new requirements.
