Ekaterina graduated from the Financial Academy of the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in Crisis Management. She is also a PhD in Economics.
She has more than a 20-year extensive experience in business and asset valuation (since 2003). Ekaterina took part in asset and business valuation projects for major companies in various industries in Russia and abroad.
Ekaterina joined the Company in 2020. She is responsible for conducting valuations in the consumer sector, as well as for issues related to the determination of value in connection with court requests. Ekaterina is also responsible for the development and application of the valuation methodology.
Ekaterina is the head of the working body of the Council for Evaluation Activities on Methodological Support under the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
Alexander graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Physics and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Aleksandr joined Valuation group, Kept in Moscow, in 2018. Alexander's industry expertise includes banks and the financial sector, as well as telecommunication, media and technology.
Before joining Kept, Alexander worked for more than 10 years in strategy departments of major banks and in the audit department of another Big Four company.
Anton graduated from the Russian State University of Justice with a degree in Law.
Anton joined the Company in 2014. Anton has over 16 years of experience in legal and tax advisory and out-of-court or in-court tax dispute resolution.
Anton manages projects to support precedent tax disputes, including on taxation of intra-group services, the beneficial owner of income, recognition of taxpayers as tax residents of Russia, etc. In addition, tax audits and tax disputes support projects, Anton is the head of recycling tax group (quasi-tax) at Kept. As part of this group, Anton helped many clients to recover an overpaid recycling tax.
Anton also contributes to active development of property taxation dispute settlement. With his direct assistance, a number of major developers and investment funds were entitled to tax concessions or otherwise reduced their tax liabilities. Anton acts as a representative in tax and other state authorities, and in courts, including on issues related on the removal of real estate from the list of objects taxable at cadastral value.
Anton has personal recommendations as one of the best lawyers in tax dispute resolution by such ratings as Pravo-300, Kommersant, Best Lawyers.
Denis graduated from the National Research University Higher School of Economics with a degree in Economics. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Denis has over 10 years of experience, including 7 years of M&A practice at Kept.
Denis is an expert in cross-border transactions, including assisting companies from developing countries in raising foreign capital, as well as supporting international investors in buying and selling assets in Russia.
Andrey graduated from the Moscow State Linguistic University with a degree in Law.
Andrey joined the Company in 2007 and has more than 15 years of legal experience in corporate law and M&A transactions. Andrey is a head of a team of lawyers with experience in supporting major transactions on the Russian market. Andrey's appointment as a partner is intended to strengthen the Company's position as a leading legal advisor in M&A.
Andrey will focus on expanding legal practice and integrating it more closely with the Company's other M&A practices.
Svetlana joined the Company in 2020. Since mid-2022, Svetlana has been the head of the real estate and construction law practice and advising Russian and international companies on a wide range of real estate and construction issues.
Svetlana’s professional experience exceeds 13 years. From 2011 to 2018, she worked at an international law consulting firm, and in 2019 she supported the implementation of a construction project by Gazprom PJSC.
Svetlana is engaged in due diligence of real estate properties on the buyer's or seller's side, structuring and supporting real estate transactions, including lease transactions, and representing the client's interests in lease disputes. She is engaged in structuring development projects, provides legal support in the implementation of commercial, industrial and residential real estate construction projects, in the approval and conclusion of contracts (design, construction contracting, construction management, etc.).
In 2023, Svetlana was included in the individual rating of recommended lawyers by Pravo-300.
Under Svetlana's leadership in 2022–2024, Kept's real estate and construction law practice has been recognized in the Law 300 and Kommersant rankings.
