Natalia Artamonova, Partner, DPP
Natalia graduated with honors from the St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance with a degree in International Economic Relations and the Paris Dauphine University with a degree in Management. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Russian certified auditor.
Natalia joined Kept in Moscow in 2000. She has extensive experience in auditing IFRS and RAS financial statements of major Russian and international companies in the automotive, retail and wholesale trade, machine building, ferrous metallurgy, food processing and other industries.
In 2018, Natalia joined DPP where she is responsible for audit methodology issues and the development of audit technology solutions.
Maria Menshikova, Partner, DPP
Maria graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the RF Ministry of Foreign Affairs with a degree in International Economics. Maria is a certified Russian auditor and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Maria joined Kept in 2000 and has extensive experience in auditing IFRS and RAS financial statements of major Russian and international companies in the construction and development sector, retail chains and other companies in the consumer sector, as well as in advising on the preparation of consolidated financial statements, including during first-time adoption of IFRS. Maria was actively involved in several implemented and planned IPOs of Russian companies on international stock exchanges.
Since 2017, Maria has been a member of the Kept DPP team. Her main area of work is methodological support for engagement teams on various issues of accounting in accordance with RAP and IFRS, advising Russian companies on IFRS application, holding internal and external training courses, participation in various projects on accounting standardization and methodology, and audit quality control.
Lubov Trubakova, Partner, Audit
Lubov graduated with honors from the Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance with a degree in Finance and Credit. She is a certified Russian auditor and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Lubov joined Kept in 1999. She is responsible for audits of IFRS and RAS financial statements. Lubov specializes in RAS and IFRS audits of companies in the energy, oil production and pipeline sectors. She has extensive experience in delivering seminars and training programs for clients.
Alesia Durnova, Partner, Digital CFO, Consulting
Alesia holds a Specialist’s Degree in Financial Management from the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics and a Master’s Degree from Vlerick Business School, Belgium.
Alesia has been working in finance and treasury since 2007. She joined Kept in 2016 and has implemented projects in the areas of budgeting, planning and forecasting, treasury and working capital management, investment planning, transformation of the financial and economic function.
Anna Kuzkina, Partner, Digital CFO, Consulting
Anna holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the Economics Department of the Lomonosov Moscow State University and a Master’s Degree from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
Anna joined Kept in 2003. She has more than 15 years of successful experience in implementing projects related to the creation, optimization and automation of planning, management accounting and reporting processes. Anna also has extensive experience in creating systems of business analytics, data warehouses and data management.
Anna Arkhipova, Partner, Accounting Advisory Services, Consulting
Anna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Saint Petersburg State University. Anna is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Anna joined Kept in 2009 and has been providing services in accounting methodology, preparation of IFRS financial statements, implementation of accounting functions and upgrade of existing accounting processes in companies, as well as supporting automation of accounting and reporting processes. Before joining the Accounting Advisory Services Group, Anna worked in the Tax & Legal Department and managed projects in the area of accounting processes organization and automation.
Anna Pushikova, Partner, Accounting Advisory Services, Consulting
Anna graduated with honors from the State University of Management with a degree in Management.
Anna joined Kept in 2007. She has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. Before joining Kept, Anna headed the finance department of a leading international optics manufacturer. She also provides services in the area of accounting methodology, preparation of IFRS financial statements, implementation of accounting functions in companies and upgrade of existing accounting processes.
Ilya Shalenkov, Partner, Head of Cyber, Technology
Ilya graduated with honors from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a degree in Automated Information Processing and Management Systems and a degree in Economics and Enterprise Management.
Ilya is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) professional and an Information Security Management Systems Lead Auditor (BS ISO/IEC 27001:2013).
Ilya joined Kept in 2009. He is the head of cyber security, privacy and digital forensic services.
Kira Safonova, Partner, Transaction Services, Deal Advisory
Kira graduated with honors from the European School of Economics, UK, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Investment Banking. Kira started her career at Kept in 2004 in the Audit Department where she gained extensive experience in audits of both Russian and foreign companies in various industries according to IFRS and FAS.
In 2006 Kira joined the Transaction Services team. Kira is primarily involved in due diligence of industrial and mining and metals companies. Since 2021, Kira has been the Head of Metals and Mining in Deal Advisory.
Kira’s experience in transaction services includes work for large metals and mining and energy companies, as well as the largest Russian investment funds, major Chinese corporate investors, etc.
In addition, since 2010 Kira has been involved in listing projects (HKSE, LSE, MOEX) for major clients and, as the main expert and leader of this line of services, she is involved in diagnostics of IPO readiness of companies planning public transactions.
